1. Collection and Analysis

 

    Think about the broad objectives of the course, the objectives of the particular activity and what your students should be able to achieve after the lactivity. 

 

    Define what your students will do to acquire further knowledge and skills and how they will be able to demonstrate that they have learned.

 

    Decide what will be needed, e.g. what is available (make a list/bibliography) and what will have to be prepared.

 

2. Decision and support.

 

    Formulate and evaluate the alternatives before you make the final decision.

3. Application and evaluation

 

    Get student's attention and motivation, etc.

 

    Define the sequence of activities, in particular pedagogic methods like presentation, demonstration, explanation,  discussionClosure/conclusion.
